Weightloss and Reiki package

Service Description

Helping people is a passion of mine. I believe so much can be achieved if we have the knowledge and a reason for the change. I have developed different approaches to help others bring their dream health into a reality. Weightloss can be achieved multiple ways and adding reiki to promote balance and healing will top it off for success. This package includes 4- 1 hour reiki session and 4- 1 hour mentoring session, which is educational on diet and our time to make a great plan. As a nurse I am able to help accommodate a diabetic or heart healthy diet. I will be working with you for 2-3 months, which will give us the time to see results and come up with a longterm plan.
